The site of the work is in APN: 161-15-401-002, northeast of the intersection of Flamingo Rd and Stephanie Ave, near the Stallion Mountain subdivision and the District Flamingo Water Resource Center (FWRC). Site requires demolition of the existing Lincoln Lift Station, including the removal of all existing facilities including building, communication equipment, underground structures, piping, generator, odor control and pumping equipment, and all other appurtenances as described in the specifications and shown on the drawings. Project includes the construction of new and redundant lift stations including respective new wet wells and dry wells, odor control equipment, generator, valve vaults, force mains, new water and gas service, metering equipment, junction structure, rock catchers, site drainage, pumps, and all other appurtenances as described in the specifications and shown on the drawings. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
