(NIGP Class/Item No(s): 910-51 Masonry, Concrete, and Stucco Maintenance, Finishing, and Repair Services including Inside Concrete Sawing and Grouting Work). The required services to be provided are concrete work and services on an as needed basis. The contractor must provide the below services: • Be responsible for providing an estimate of materials and labor costs for each project • Set forms to proper line and grade, place fill materials, sub-grade leveling, set expansion joints, place and tie steel, pour and finish concrete, saw joints, remove forms, clean site • Demolish and remove unreinforced concrete slabs.
