The Agency is seeking bids from qualified and licensed entities to provide the Agency with electrical repair services. The purpose of this IFB is to form pools of contractors or award a single contractor that the Agency may draw from to contract Lot #1: Electrical-related work during normal business hours including, but not limited to, repair/replacement of electric outlets, repairing and/or replacing electrical fixtures such as: light fixtures, outlets, GFCI outlets, circuit breakers, restoring power to electrical systems; outdoor security lighting and, Lot #2 Electrical-related work during after-hours including, but not limited to, repair/replacement of electric outlets, repairing and/or replacing electrical fixtures such as: light fixtures, outlets, GFCI outlets, circuit breakers, restoring power to electrical systems; installation of running new Romex or equal electric line, installation of running new EMT conduit or equal. Any other Electrical-related Repair, repair, or installation work the Agency may order. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
