The City’s Public Works Department is seeking to retain a firm to provide vegetation management services on various parcels at Point Molate in Richmond for a contract term of three (3) years (FY 2024/2025 through FY 2027/2028). The total contract amount over the three-year contract period is for a not-to-exceed amount of $180,000, with an option to extend for up to two one-year extensions for a not-to-exceed amount of $120,000 for the whole duration of the two one-year extensions.
