The base Scope of Work ("Work") includes: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to provide a complete project including, but not limited to mobilization; demobilization; traffic control and construction signage; removal and installation of traffic striping, markings, markers, delineators, bollards, signs, and curb painting; installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB), flashing beacons, and LED enhanced "STOP" signs; removal and installation of concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and ADA ramps; and all other work as shown on the Plans and as described in the Caltrans Standard Specifications and these Technical Specifications, and as directed by the owner. Pursuant to California Public Contract Code Section 3300, this Project requires a valid California contractor’s license for the following classification(s): A- General or any combination of the following Class C licenses, which constitute a majority of the work: C-8 Concrete, C-10 Electrical, C-12 Earthwork and Paving, C-31 Construction Zone Traffic Control, and C-32 Parking and Highway Improvement Contractor. Failure to possess the specified license(s) at the time the bid is submitted shall render the bid non-responsive.
