The City seeks to award an Agreement for the construction of a outdoor Dog Park, to include but not limited to fencing, lighting, artificial turf and shade sails, in compliance with the plans and specifications. Contractors shall furnish all labor, incidental trade-related materials, tools, equipment, transportation/ mobilization/ vehicle expenses/ fuel, relevant expenses, taxes, insurances, bonding, overhead and profit, traffic control, permits, and public noticing, as required, to accomplish the work in accordance with the City’s contract requirements/specifications. General work includes: Demolition, site preparation, and construction of dog park with small and large dog area. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
