The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer and/or his designee. The work may consist of but is not limited to: Construction of the following items: Selective demolition and protection of items to remain in the project area. Coordinate the scheduling of the work with the designated City Project Manager. Provide and maintain barricades, and other protective devices as required by City ordinances and codes, and as required to protect the public and personnel, for the duration of construction. The Building, outside the immediate work area, will be occupied during construction. Perform all demolition, cutting and patching, Concrete saw-cutting, Concrete work, Floor leveling fill at abandoned restrooms, Framing, Door and hardware work, painting, and other incidental work required to complete the construction as shown. Remove elevated platforms for judge and jury boxes as noted. Replace existing finishes, Carpet, VCT flooring, Painting and ceiling panels as indicated. Alterations to existing mechanical ductwork and diffusers. Cap abandoned plumbing, extend plumbing lines to new Kitchenette and connect soils and vents, Supply and install sink, faucet and disposer. Extend electrical and data as shown or required. Construct new on-site improvements as shown and specified. Perform all other miscellaneous work as shown and specified, and as may be authorized by Owner. Provide work as specified in the approved plans and specification. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
