The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of BIDS. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer. The Pacific Sewer Lift Station Conversion to Gravity Line (S-265) CIP project shall consist of the demolition (existing sewer lift station), civil, structural, etc. required for the contractor to furnish a complete and operable system. Specifically, the project shall include, but will not be limited to, the following items: Installing approximately 805 feet of 12-inch diameter VCP No-Dig pipe primarily through trenchless technology, divided into multiple phases with various manhole sizes and depths Existing wet well rehab and modifications, and Upon completion of the new gravity pipeline, the existing sewer lift station is to be removed/abandoned, along with surface street and sidewalk restoration. Bonds required.
