The City of Sacramento Department of Utilities (DOU) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to: 1) remove existing polymer modified surface coating on reservoir exterior, and provision of concrete repair, surface preparation and coating of reservoir concrete exterior with a high-performance coating, and 2) demolition of existing and installation of new platform and ladder on the interior of the elevated Medical Center Reservoir, and 3) replacement of roof surface, and 4) remove and replace interior concrete joint seals, and provision of concrete repair, surface preparation and coating repair, and 5) provision of reservoir tank steel wall lining repair, surface preparation and spot coating. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
