The Scope of Work for the Project consists of the following: o Preconstruction services, including without limitation providing review of and input on design documents, estimating, preliminary scheduling, and bidding to develop the Total Base Rent. o Construction to include but not limited to: o The project consists of two (2) construction increments. Increment 1 is the site preparation, utilities, and associated path of travel for the addition of four (4) District purchased modular classroom buildings and one (1) modular restroom. Upgrade existing turf playfields with new irrigated turf running track, and landscape improvements. Increment 2 is the addition of prefabricated modular construction of 3,360 sf building for one (1) transitional kindergarten classroom and one (1) kindergarten classroom with associated restroom, storage, and custodial spaces. Replacement of approximately 3,600 s.f. of turf landscape area with new kindergarten play area consisting of a play structure and rubberized surfacing. Addition of approximately 3,000 s.f. outdoor shade structures to be located on existing hardcourt paving areas. o Post-construction lease of the facilities. • License required: B – General Building Contractor
