The Consultant’s Construction Manager shall be a licensed Professional Civil Engineer registered in the State of California, with strong general civil engineering construction skills, depth of resources, and sensitivity to local and regulatory issues. “Consultant” is the team providing construction engineering services; “Contractor” is the firm who is awarded the construction work.
