San Bernardino County, on behalf of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC), is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide floor care maintenance and deep cleaning services for the hospital. Project goal and objectives: Deep cleaning the main hospital and Behavioral Health facility to include, not limited to removal of dust, scale, and grime buildup in the following areas: Fire sprinklers, ceiling tiles, door and door frames, interior of the entryways/windows/window ledges, blinds and coverings, thresholds, baseboards, carpets, hard surfaces, floor drains, vacant patient rooms, stairwells, drinking fountains, ice machines, stainless steel equipment, elevators and tracks, and Deep cleaning of floors which include stripping and waxing and diamond cutter to retain original sheen. Meet standards of floor care for the following: Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT): strip, deep clean and wax, Quarry Tile: scrub, degrease, deep clean and impregnate, Terrazzo: strip, deep clean and wax, Metal: remove scratches, wash and wax, and All surfaces: vacuum and deep clean. Deep cleaning of kitchen two (2) times yearly which include: behind and underneath kitchen appliances cutting through build-up and grime, sinks, inside and tops of cupboards, removal of grime, cleaning of drain/areas, Inside and oven, scale and removal from kitchen tiles/floors, detail cleaning of lobbies/stripping and waxing, and services as needed, possibly after hours, weekends and or holidays. Outpatient Clinic of the Main Campus: Detailed cleaning of outpatient clinic lobbies includes, fire sprinklers, ceiling tiles, door and door frames, interior of the entryways/windows/window ledges, blinds and coverings, thresholds, baseboards, carpets, hard surfaces, floor drains, vacant patient rooms, stairwells, drinking fountains, ice machines, stainless steel equipment, elevators and tracks.
