The general scope of work is the full and complete demolition of the existing building at 140 W. 18th Street including removal and proper disposal of the steel roof superstructure, all enclosed spaces, walls, doors, ceilings, stairs, insulation, windows, beams, corrugated siding, flashing, light fixtures and all other miscellaneous items to completely remove the existing structure from the existing concrete foundation. Existing concrete foundation and paving shall be protected in place throughout the demolition of the building. No grading or disturbance of soil will be allowed and all work must be performed outside of the Waters of the United States Boundary. This is a general description of the work to be done by the Contractor and is not intended to be the official scope of work which is described in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall coordinate all aspects of the project and pull all permits. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
