This Request for Bids is issued to invite bids for the replacement of the existing McQuay AGS160CH27-ER10 air-cooled chiller. The new chiller shall meet or exceed the current system’s specifications and efficiency standards. The new chiller shall have a minimum cooling capacity of 160 tons, 460-volts, operate on a 60 Hz frequency, and be compatible with a 3-phase power supply. Contractor shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience and will adhere to all code standards of the City of Poway, EPA and any other state and federal requirements. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
