Improvement of parking lot egress will be accomplished by providing separate left turn and right turn lanes from the parking lot to Tracy Boulevard, designating the parking lot frontage lane as one-way in the southern direction, and providing bike lane pavement markings at Tracy Boulevard. Restriping a portion of the existing parking spaces at the southern parking lot as compact parking spaces, and reconfiguring parking spaces as diagonal compact spaces at the northern parking lot, will provide thirteen additional parking spaces.
