The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin. (hereinafter referred to as “Authority”) is seeking qualified entities (“Partners/Contractors”) to deploy public, as well as private and restrictive accessible electric vehicle charging infrastructures along designated alternative fuel corridors or in certain other locations within communities that will be mostly accessible to all drivers of electric vehicles. Locations will be determined on a project-by-project basis. Private partners will be responsible for the design, acquisition, construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of the charging stations. The selected Partners will be required to implement a program which would enable the public and/or restrictive public access to utilize electric vehicle charging stations. Services would be provided on a 24-hour, 365 days a year (full-time) basis with sufficient resources and personnel to successfully support and maintain the program. St, Tracy, CA 95376 o Phase 1 (55 Units Community) 6/1/2025 Start o Phase 2 (55 Units Community) 6/1/2027 Start • Any Future Projects under the terms of the agreement. DCDC anticipates that it will initially award a contract for a period of one (1) year. At the option of DCDC, it may be extended for four (4) additional one year extension periods. However, DCDC shall retain the right to contract with the successful proposer for any amount of time that, in the opinion of DCDC, it takes to conclude any matter that the successful proposer may begin work on within the noted five (5) year contract period.
