The Scope of Services set forth in this NIB represents an outline of the services which the City anticipates the successful Bidders to perform. 6.1. Project Objectives. City is seeking for a supplier to provide janitorial materials to be delivered to the City location(s). Please see Attachment A for the Technical Specification. 6.1.A. Consultant Duties/Responsibilities: Contractor shall supply all tools, machinery, safety supplies, transportation, and staff to conduct work. Contractor shall also supply all signage, cones, and other necessary equipment needed to create a safe work zone. 6.1.B. City Responsibilities: City staff shall contact Contractor on an asneeded basis. City will provide map and exact locations of desired work. 6.1.C. Supervisor: BIDDER'S supervisors shall be thoroughly familiar with all phases of the contract work and shall possess a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience managing crews and overseeing services. The CITY shall review each supervisor's qualifications, and should a supervisor lack the necessary qualifications, the BIDDER shall replace such supervisor with a more qualified person. The City’s Operations Superintendent or designee needs to be made aware, in writing, when any change occurs. 6.2 Subcontractors. Contractor shall not use subcontractors without the prior written approval of the City. Any contract resulting from this NIB and any amendments or supplements thereto shall not be assignable by the Contractor either voluntarily or by operation of law without the written approval of the City and shall not become an asset in any bankruptcy receivership or guardianship proceeding. Such contract shall extend to and be binding upon and insure to the benefits of the heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assign of the respective parties hereto
