Whiting-Turner is seeking qualified Trade Contractors, for the scopes listed, who wish to provide Design-Assist and/or construction services for the Cal Poly Student Housing Program. The prequalification submission will be provided via BuildingConnected and will include the following (accessible via the link below): Prequalifying with Whiting-Turner via TradeTapp. Submission of the California State University Trade Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire. Completion of the BuildingConnected Bid Form. Program Scope: Trade contractor shall furnish, delivery, and installation of two temporary tower stairs up to 18' high with appropriate safety guardrail, fire retardant snow fence, landings at both top and bottom exits, monthly rental for a period of 8 months, and removal. This includes daily weekday inspections, two disassembles and relocations within the project site, maintenance as required, and providing one training to WT personnel to inspect these structures. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
