The City of Arroyo Grande Community Development Department is seeking proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to prepare an EIR to evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed project. Based upon a preliminary review of the submitted application materials, it has been determined that an EIR should be prepared for the project. The proposed project is a new two-story, 52-bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Arroyo Grande, California located on the Arroyo Grande Community Hospital (AGCH) campus at 345 S. Halcyon Rd., Arroyo Grande, CA 93420. The facility will operate under the name Dignity Health Central Coast Rehabilitation Hospital and will be a joint venture between Dignity Health and LifePoint Health.
