The Work consists of furnishing all plant, tools, equipment, materials, labor, supplies, and manufactured articles for the Project, as shown by the plans (Drawing Number 21-20A, Sheets 1-13), Specifications, and Contract Documents. It includes the furnishing of all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, perform closed circuit television (CCTV) internal pipeline work, removal of existing isolation valves, installation of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) replacement isolation valves, comply with regulatory permits, restore site, construct and remove bypass and appurtenances, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Project is located in the Arroyo Conejo south fork canyon adjacent to the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant (HCTP). Access to the project site will be from the HCTP access entrance address: 9600 Santa Rosa Road, Camarillo, CA 93012. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
