The vendor will inspect all identified treatment areas monthly. In any areas showing recent gopher activity, the contractor will provide intensive treatments sufficient enough to gain full control of that area. Full control is defined as no new visible gopher activity. If new gopher activity is identified within that same month, the vendor will return and treat those areas at no additional charge. The vendor will develop an Integrated Pest Management plan, if necessary, to gain control of gopher infestations, if traditional methods are not successful. Pest Coverage: Pocket gophers.
