This project boundaries of Westmore Oaks Sewer and Water Rehabilitation Project consist of the utilities south of Highway 50, West of Park Boulevard and East of Cebrian St. (for a more accurate project boundary description, please see attachment "A - Westmore Oaks Sewer and Water Vicinity Map." This project was determined by maintenance records showing the area had significant defects in its system and the age of the assets. The objective of the Westmore Oaks Sewer and Water Rehabilitation Project is to correct some of the infrastructure deficiencies identified in their respective master plans. Consultant will design for an estimated 27,000 linear feet of water lines and 26,500 linear feet for sewer lines. Furthermore, the selected consultant will assess and replace poorly conditioned laterals. There are an estimated 619 laterals and that the design will include installation of cleanouts in laterals without cleanouts. ** Any As-Builts and CCTV data collected by City will be given to selected design consultant** The Project is currently funded through the Water Fund (Fund 507) and Sewer Fund (Fund 502).
