The City of Commerce City (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors (“Respondents”) to provide commercial relocation services including breakdown and rebuild of office furniture and cubicles, as described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The selected Respondent is expected to submit sufficient information to allow the City to select one or more Respondents to provide the Services on a non-exclusive basis and to enter into one or more contracts for a three (3) year period with two (2) potential annual renewals as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP (“Services”) Bonds required.
