The Arapahoe Library District (Library District) is seeking proposals from qualified, reliable CMGC firms to assist with the entitlement process through the closeout of an approximately 20,000 SF mixed-use building adjacent to the current Eloise May Library 1471 S. Parker Rd., Denver, CO, 80231. The CMGC will assist the Library District with providing expertise and pricing exercises on the building and all associated site work. Bonds required.
