Chaffee County (Owner) would hereby invite interested firms and/or individuals (Professional Service Providers) to submit a response to this Request for Qualifications & Proposal (RFP) for professional services in support of the construction of a new Chaffee County Sheriff Office in Salida, Colorado. Please refer to the Owner’s website here (https://www.chaffeecounty.org/) for information regarding the Owner. Chaffee County recently purchased a 2.55 acre site with an approx 4,500 SF existing building and is planning a renovation & new construction project for the Sheriff’s Offices to occupy. The project is anticipated to reuse approximately 2,400 of existing building along with the construction of approximately 11,000 sf additional new space. Please refer to the attached space plan by McClaren, Wilson & Lawrie, Inc. dated 08.27.24. The Project Schedule is included in the RFP Package. Bonds required.
