JCD will hire and manage a qualified professional logging contractor(s) to mechanically treat approximately 200 acres (+/- 10 acres) of privately owned forest near the Upper Bear Creek area west of Evergreen, Colorado. Contractor will own/market the wood subject to terms of the contract. Preferred slash management options include grind and haul, mastication, lop-and-scatter, and/or 10’x10’x10’ machine-built burn piles. Multiple slash management options may be utilized in this project area.
