JCD will hire and manage a qualified professional logging contractor(s) to mechanically treat approximately 100 acres (+/- 10 acres) of forest near the Upper Bear Creek area west of Evergreen, CO. JCD will accept alternative proposals, but we expect this project to consist entirely of whole-tree aerial yarding with slash being ground and hauled off site. Contractor will own/market the wood subject to terms of the contract.
