The Thompson School District R2-J is seeking proposals, for evaluation, in selecting and ranking established Companies who desire to furnish labor, materials, equipment and additional service through subcontractors under the Terms, Specifications, General Conditions of the Contract, and Special Conditions as referenced herein for small projects at District-wide locations. The District believes it is cost effective to have available a pre-established group of companies who can be called upon to provide these services promptly. This is not a Contractor oversight role, but may require the contractor to coordinate with other companies to complete the required work under the request. Bonds required.
