The City of Fort Lauderdale’s Development Services Department, Urban Design and Planning Division (“CITY”) has been awarded a grant through the Florida Department of State, Division of Historical Resources, to perform intensive level architectural resource surveys. The City is seeking proposals for Consulting Services to conduct an intensive level architectural resource survey of Coral Ridge, Dolphin Isles, Bal Harbour, and Laudergate Isles, to prepare an architectural resource survey report, and to complete Florida Master Site File forms for historically significant areas and individual structures, as warranted. Collectively, these neighborhoods contain approximately 2400 structures that are over 50 years old.
