Sawcut and remove damaged sidewalk panels. New concrete is to be formed, placed and brush-finished with a 4-inch depth of 3,000 psi concrete. Control and Expansion joints will be installed as necessary. Contractor will provide proper, FDOT compliant barricading before, during and after the project to ensure resident and contractor safety. The Contractor is responsible for furnishing all tools and equipment for this project and disposal of all debris. Any damaged sod needs to be replaced in kind.
