Contractor shall furnish the labor, supervision, equipment, and materials as necessary to service, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC and refrigeration systems as specified by the County and have the capability to service multiple locations at any given time. Bidder must have at least one full-time employee with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification. Certification(s) must be active at all times throughout the term of the Contract and any renewals or extensions. The Contractor shall provide evidence that it meets this requirement within five (5) business days of the County’s request.
