The Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority (SMAA), henceforth referred to as the "Authority", is seeking professional consulting services to provide architectural and engineering design for the construction of an Emergency Operations and Public Safety Complex. The facility will be located at the existing Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) Building and must accommodate ARFF operations, emergency operations, police and records. The complex may be phased as financing may not be available to fully build out complex in single phase. Construction must also account for temporary accommodations for ARFF staff and their equipment.
