This is a bridge overlay, joint repair, and substructure repair project for S.N. 099-0293 on US 45 (96th Avenue) over Hickory Creek. The improvements to be performed under this contract consists of bridge deck scarification and latex concrete overlay, transverse joint repair at north and south abutments, cleaning adjustment of deck drains, road surface removal, HMA overlay and paving, removal and replacement of the raised median, removal and replacement of combination curb and gutter, placement of pavement markings, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plan herein. DBE 14%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
