The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Windows and Exterior Doors replacement consists of removal of existing units and installation of new aluminum windows, fiberglass exterior doors and storefront exterior frames. Scope of Work further includes verification of working condition and installation onto the new window units; installation of window screens; cleaning the brick façade; coating underside of exterior canopies; electrical work associated with entrance doors replacement and other scope items as indicated.
