NOTICE The City of Coos Bay, on behalf of the Englewood Diking and Libby Drainage Districts, is accepting proposals from qualified individuals and firms for Planning Services for the Englewood Dike and Coalbank Slough Project. This work can include but is not necessarily limited to planning, engineering, geotechnical work and hydrologic and hydraulic analyses. The project will be assigned to the qualified consultant on the basis of the project requirements, firm’s expertise and experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers Rehabilitation and Inspection (USACE RIP) program and the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s National Flood Insurance Program as defined in this RFP.
