Work of the contract consists in providing mobilization of sufficient workforce, equipment, and supervision to complete the MCC replacements listed under items B & C. Contractor shall review the entirety of the contract documents for the full details of the work involved. The rehabilitation work generally includes but is not limited to: All necessary permits, site preparation, demolition of MCC No. 1, installation of proposed Motor Control Center No. 1 & 3 and canopies at Woodchester Water Plant, new overhead electrical service to power MCC No. 3, Well no. 3 junction box, underground ductbank, SCADA programing by Prime Controls. Demolition of Medium voltage MCC at Sugar Creek Water Well, demolition of overhead electrical service, Installation of proposed medium voltage MCC and sunshield, junction box no. 2, surge protection device, installation of proposed underground electrical service, underground ductbank, SCADA Programming by Prime Controls; together with all related subsidiary and incidental components as shown in the contract documents. Base Bid Items: Woodchester Water Plant located at 13743 Woodchester Drive Alternate Bid Items: Includes installation of new conduit and wire from proposed MCC No. 3 to existing PLC Installation in the booster pump building. Base Bid Items: Sugar Creek Water Well located at 2030 Country Club Blvd. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
