Guadalupe County seeks Competitive Sealed Bids in response to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Flexible Base and Asphaltic Materials. It is anticipated that Guadalupe County Commissioners Court will award the contract for Flexible Base and Asphaltic Materials December 3, 2024, or as soon as possible thereafter. The county (for bid purposes only) is divided into four areas, “1", “2", “3” and “4”. 1. Picked up FOB at your plant by our trucks (Specify plant locations: Plant Locations to be within a twenty –five (25) mile radius of Road & Bridge Office Located at 310 IH 10 West, Seguin, Tx 78155) 2. Delivered by your trucks to Area 1 3. Delivered by your trucks to Area 2 4. Delivered by your trucks to Area 3 5. Delivered by your trucks to Area 4 LBE Preference applies.
