This project will extend a new 12-inch water line from the City of Seabrook’s existing 12-inch water line North along Old State Highway 146 approximately 3,900 linear feet to the City of Pasadena’s 18-inch water line that terminates at the southeast corner of the intersection of Old State Highway 146 and Port Road. Installation of a meter vault will be included to provide usage data to both cities. The proposed infrastructure improvements will be located in Harris County public right of way. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
