The purpose of this IFB is to form a pool of contractors that the Agency may draw from to contract for all phases of HVAC-related work including, but not limited to, emergency response, installation, maintenance, reconditioning, troubleshooting, or repairs that may be required. Other HVAC services will also be required on an “as needed” basis. The contractor will consult with Agency personnel and provide meaningful technical assistance and advice regarding the most effective means and methods to contain cost and effectively complete HVAC work.
