Aaron Dr. (Saratoga to Summer Wind): The project consists of the rehabilitation/reconstruction of approximately 2,500 lf of existing pavement, right‐ofway and associated infrastructure appurtenances. General requirements of the contract include but are not limited to traffic control, pavement markings and signage, demolition and street lighting. Street improvement construction will include subgrade and base reconstruction/replacement, associated pavement saw cutting, prime coating, undersealing and placement of HMAC surface treatment. Underground utilities including water, wastewater, stormwater, gas, electric and miscellaneous communications will be removed, rehabilitated, installed as new or adjusted as part of the contract. Concrete work on the project will include new sidewalks, ADA ramps, curb and gutter, driveways and manhole cover/valve cover housekeeping pads. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
