The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is requesting Bid Solicitations for a minor construction project - Generator Installation -located at the New Waverly CVE, 3179 IH 45 South, New Waverly, TX. The Contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this project. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Furnish Labor and Material for 48KW propane generator. Building power 240-volt single phase 2. Furnish and install 200 Amp transfer switch. 3. Furnish and install conduit and wire for generator. 4. Furnish and install 4” concrete pad for generator. 5. Anchor generator to pad. 6. Coordinate with propane contractor for connection and start up and testing. 7. All work to be installed per National Electrical Code. 8. Provide turnkey project installation required for complete project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
