SCC Main Building East Wing renovation. This Request for Qualifications is for the purpose of selecting an Architect for up to two phases: 1) Scope and Budget Alignment: Perform Program Validation, including preliminary design sufficient for the Architect to estimate construction costs. Following Phase 1, if SCC elects to proceed … 2) Perform design services and provide support to SCC for a General Contractor/Construction Manager selection and construction of the project. Renovation of the East Wing is primarily interior reconfiguration to meet program needs but exterior improvements are also required for building preservation, improved architectural interest, and to meet current accessibility/universal design practices and codes.
