Cochise County Community College District (Cochise College) is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide grounds and landscape services at the Douglas Campus, located at 4190 West Highway 80 in Douglas, Arizona 85607, Sierra Vista Campus located at 901 North Colombo Avenue, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635, and Downtown Center located at 2600 E. Wilcox Drive, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635. The initial term of the contract shall be for a one-year period following approval. This contract may be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year periods provided all terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The option to renew, if exercised, will be executed in the form of a renewal letter to be issued not sooner than ninety (90) days prior to expiration of this contract, nor later than the final day of the contract period.
