The SOW is to furnish, install, and ready the air handler system for immediate use and operation in the Courthouse Building per Attachment 1: 90% Construction Documents and Specifications (CDs). Attachments 2 (letter from structural engineer) and 3 (Project Drawings)are included with this Bid package as additional information for this work. Specific tasks required of the contractor in large include, but not be limited to: Procurement, Delivery, and Installation of equipment: Air Handler Units, control valves, fittings, and PICVs, New AHU’s will be equipped with DX cooling, water source heating and economizer, Return and Supply fan will be provided new VFD drives, New AHU’s, terminal unit and other equipment will be provided new controls and sensors, Coordinate with current contractor performing control projects concurrently, Existing 480v Power feeders and disconnects for each unit will be removed and replaced, Provide programing of AHU’s proprietary controls and safeties, Provide manufacturer certified startup services and owner training, and Dispose of all old, replaced equipment and site cleanup. Bonds required.
