The Contractor, at a minimum, must have sufficient personnel to provide all services identified in this solicitation (to include field and shop personnel). a) Personnel shall be trained in the repair of vertical turbine pumps and related well and pump equipment. b) Lead personnel and shop repair technicians shall provide documentation that shows they have a minimum of five (5) years of experience repairing wells and pump equipment. Bonds required.
