The City of Scottsdale (COS) desires to contract for the services of a Contractor to perform all permit and efficiency testing on odor scrubbers at Water Department facilities, as well as maintain, service, replace and or install equipment or parts as required. The Contractor shall provide quarterly maintenance, testing and calibration services on the single point monitoring equipment at the Water Campus Headworks facility located at Building E as required, to ensure the equipment is operating properly to provide continuous monitoring on a twenty-four (24) hour basis of the concentrations of hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S). Bonds required.
