Trades: R-39 / R-39R with Solar - HVAC Contractor: Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning & Controls, Air Handler/Air Chillers. Includes RTU's
WMAHA is soliciting proposal for replacement of two (2) existing Roof Top Units (RTU) to retrofit the new RTU’s to all existing ducting, circuit boards, Variable Air Volume (VAV), Thermostats and other necessary components for proper compatibility and operation. Should existing HVAC equipment be connected to a building automation system (BAS), it will be disconnected and reconnected accordingly. Any existing component(s) requiring replacement and or upgrade, in order to retrofit the new RTU’s to existing HVAC system, for proper operation, shall be included. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
