FEDERAL AWARD ID NUMBER 04-40-MM588 Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a Design-Builder (D-B) for the Pima County Regional Middle Mile Project (PCRMMP). Pima County will create a 134-mile contiguous open access fiber optic network ring around its urban core. The proposed middle mile infrastructure project will reduce the cost for last mile providers to connect unserved and underserved communities by providing a neutral network that last mile providers can access in a non-discriminatory open access model.
