Northwest Fire District is inviting you to submit a quotation for 24/7, on-call, as needed Snake/Desert Pest Removal and Relocation Services, estimated at 300 calls per year. Offered pricing must remain firm until June 30, 2025. This is also the expiration date of the RFQ. A draft contractor agreement is attached to this RFQ. The final agreement will be signed following award of the RFQ. Factors to be considered in making the award include (but are not limited to): completeness of RFQ submission, service capabilities, cost per call, service call response time, conformity with specifications, and prior customer satisfaction. The estimated number of calls per year are broken down below and would occur in the surrounding areas of the following Northwest Fire District Station addresses (additional address may be added at a later time) Please refer to document attached and provide response to the three questions. Upload as an attachment to your response along with pricing specified. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
