The scope of the project includes eliminating uneven surfaces and unused dirt planters and replacing them with new concrete. Please review the attached drawings for reference and fill-in costs using Exhibit A. Pedestrian traffic areas shall be 4" thick concrete. Areas of vehicular use shall be 6" thick concrete. In the drawing, areas D1 and D4 are for public/employee entrance and the work shall be scheduled to minimize disruption to the public. In the drawing, areas B1 and B2 should be constructed one after the other to reduce parking lot impact. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
